No problem. Our goal is not to displace anyone. We join your organization as a fractional leader and work alongside your current team to bring an objective perspective, strengthen the team and achieve results, together.

Much of the day-to-day is handled remotely with video conferencing and remote tools. For some work, like strategic planning and team development, we prefer to be in-person. Ultimately, we work with you to find the right balance that’s most effective for you.

Select the engagement model that works best for you; either 10, 20 or 30%. 20% is about one day a week plus an extra full planning day per quarter.

As a fractional leader we can concentrate more on the technology side of the house, taking over the IT strategy and management responsibilities where it makes sense.
